I’m looking at making something using tunisian crochet but the finished project is going to be roughly 5 feet long. Can i get a hook that long or how do I make something that long?

You need a gadget called a flexible tunisian crochet hook. This comprises the hook attached to a piece of plastic that the loops are held on like a circular knitting needle.
The first company that came to mind have just had a fire so are not trading at the moment.
