    @bassfish0912 Hiya! You can make a scrubbie bigger and still use the same pattern by doing a few things. 1) You can use a larger crochet hook, which will increase the size of each stitch – thereby increasing the final product. 2) You can use thicker yarn (or even double the yarn) – thus also increasing the final product. 3) You can use a thicker yarn and a larger crochet hook. You can also modify the pattern – perhaps add 5 chains at the beginning row and add 5 more rows to the pattern.

    could the pattern be expended to be made for an adult by making the base chain longer? Thanks

    @naztazia ahhh… I am on row 17 with a 4mm, so I might as well keep going! 🙂

    @RialaRunes Hiya! The crochet hook I’m using in the video is the size recommended in Judith Prindle’s pattern for the spiral scrubbies – an aluminum USA size “H” in the Boye brand. If you are using the metric system, it’s a 5mm.

    I had to request the printed version because my pc plays some vids very slow. I almost completed the project when I realized I didn’ t understand how to scruntch it up. So, I had to come on here & watch what ends were to be weaved in & where, to finish the project.
    Thanks so much for this adorable bath scrubbie. I think I will use a couple size larger needle to make my next scrubbie! :o)
